Regions

Oblique is available to use in multi-tenant deployments in multiple regions:

  • US (us.oblique.security)
  • Europe (eu.oblique.security)

Your tenant’s region determines where it runs. If you connect the Oblique Slack app, it will automatically be configured to run in the same region as your tenant.

Your tenant’s region can be configured at setup time. To use a specific region, additional configuration may be required, depending on your identity provider. Tenants cannot be moved between regions.

View your tenant’s region

To see which region your tenant is hosted in, navigate to Manage:

  1. Select General.
  2. Under Your tenant, see the region badge next to Region.

Static IP addresses

Oblique uses Google Cloud Run. If you need to allowlist IP addresses to use Oblique in your environment, allowlist the IP ranges for the Google Cloud region that backs your Oblique region.

These ranges are filtered from Google's published Cloud IP ranges for the regions Oblique runs in, and can change over time. Google adds and removes ranges over time, so allowlist all of the ranges for your region rather than individual addresses. Download the machine-readable list at /ipranges.json.
